Brand new route to Manchester

FLYBE Leading regional airline expands winter schedule with brand new route to Manchester and return of daily flights to Birmingham. One way fares are from €39 including taxes and charges and are available for booking at www.flybe.com

The airline’s successful Birmingham and Manchester hubs offer Toulouse passengers the added opportunity to take advantage of convenient, seamless onward connections with Flybe to a large choice of UK regional destinations.

With a flight time of just under two hours from Toulouse to Birmingham, customers can reach the heart of the UK in next to no time, with both the North and the South of England equally easily accessible from the Midlands airport hub.

Manchester is one of England’s largest northern cities with a rich industrial heritage and is home to a thriving culture of music, sport, shopping, bars and restaurants. It is also home to the UK headquarters of a number of globally recognised companies such as Adidas, Siemens and Kellogg’s – and of course, to two famous football teams, City and United!

Time performance

When choosing to fly to the UK with Flybe, customers can be assured that they are also travelling with an airline that is recognised for its excellent on time performance record. Civil Aviation Authority have again placed Flybe in the top spot for on time performance last year amongst those airlines which operate over 30,000 flights a year. 84% of Flybe flights were on time, ahead of Ryanair (82.1%), British Airways (72.7%) and Easyjet (71.7%).

Flybe has always committed to offering its passengers the widest possible choice of product, and recently introduced the UK’s iconic ‘Original Glazed’ Krispy Kreme® doughnut onboard for the first time ever on any airline! As Krispy Kreme does not currently have any outlets or shops in mainland Europe, this has been the first opportunity for French passengers to enjoy this popular sweet treat.

Convenient, affordable, punctual travel

Flybe’s General Manager France, Evelyne Faure, comments:

We are delighted to be expanding our winter schedule from Toulouse with our new daily flights. Manchester and Birmingham are key UK destinations for both business and leisure travellers. Both have excellent links for onward travel opening up the whole of the UK to passengers from Toulouse.

Flybe is committed to providing convenient, affordable, punctual travel to a wide choice of attractive destinations. We look forward to welcoming many new passengers on board.”

Good news for the toulouse inhabitants

Flybe is coming back in Toulouse and it’s a good news for the inhabitants, says
Jean-Michel Vernhes, chairman of the executive board.

These two daily flights to Manchester and Birmingham give the opportunity to go easily in the Nord of England and also use Flybe’s hubs in both cities to go the nearest of their final destination, in Scotland, Ireland or Ulster.“
