Aéroports de Paris SA : June 2017 traffic figures

In June 2017, Paris Aéroport welcomed 8.9 million passengers, an increase of 5.3% compared with June 2016. 6.1 million passengers travelled through Paris-Charles de Gaulle (+6.7%) and 2.8 million through Paris-Orly (+2.2%). Ramadan this year took place from 26 May to 24 June whereas in 2016, it lasted from 6 June to 6 July.

International traffic (excluding Europe)

International traffic (excluding Europe) was up (+7.6%), due to growth in all destinations: North America (+10.4%), the Middle East (+8.4%), Asia-Pacific (+7.9%), Africa (+5.7%), Latin America (+4.2%) and the French Overseas Territories (+4.1%);

European traffic (excluding France)

European traffic (excluding France) was up (+3.9%);

France Traffic

Traffic within France was up (+4.2%);

Connecting passengers

The number of connecting passengers increased by 7.6%. The connecting rate stood at 22.5%, up by 0.5 points compared with June 2016.

Key Figures

Since the beginning of the year, Paris Aéroport passenger traffic has increased by 5.0%, with a total of 48.5 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers has risen by 0.1%. The connecting rate stands at 23.0%, down by 1.2 points.

Passenger traffic at TAV Airports, 46.1%-owned(1) by Groupe ADP, increased by 9.1% in June 2017 and has risen by 2.4% since the beginning of the year.

Passenger traffic at Santiago de Chile, 45%-owned by Groupe ADP, has increase by 7.8% in June 2017 and by 9.9% since the beginning of the year.
