Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline, today (18 Jan) announced an open day for hotel owners and operators, offering them the chance to ‘Go Direct’ and to list their rates & availability on the Ryanair Rooms website, via ‘Ryanair Rooms Direct’, Ryanair’s new extranet supply channel.
As the latest initiative under Ryanair’s “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair Rooms Direct gives hotels access to 130m customers per annum on Europe’s No.1 travel website attracting 50m visitors per month and offers hotels the opportunity to avoid the high commission paid to Booking.com.
Ryanair won’t bid on your brand name or your keywords, and to drive demand, we’ll pass on commissions to customers as Travel Credit to spend as a reward on Ryanair flights.
Taking place in London on 19 February at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, the open day will give independent and chain hotel operators a chance to sign up their property to this revolutionary new programme.
Ryanair’s Director of Ancillary Revenue Greg O’Gorman said:

Ryanair.com is well on the way to becoming the ‘Amazon of Travel’, with over 600m visitors per year, so this is a great opportunity for accommodation providers to get into bed with us, and offer their inventory to more people than ever before.”
